Document · version with request intake
Privacy without the fine print.
In short: we store only what you send us in a request, and use it to get back to you.
02What data we receive
When you send a request, we store in our database: your name, phone or messenger, email (if provided), purpose of purchase, budget, timing, comment, the selected project or unit and, if you chose to, the list of items from your shortlist. We also record the request time and the consent version.
We do not use advertising pixels or third-party forms. Automatic emails are not enabled at the moment: requests are stored in the database and handled manually by a manager.
03Purposes and consent
Consent to this policy is required so we can contact you about your request. Separate consent to receive project selections by email is optional and can only be given with an email address. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us, and we will record the withdrawal in the database.
04Telegram notifications
To handle your request promptly, its details may be sent via the Telegram Bot API to the configured company chat. This is a notification to a manager, not a subscription to customer marketing. The primary request record remains in the website database.
05AI assistant
Messages you write to the assistant are sent to an AI provider to generate an answer based on the published catalog. We do not store the conversation or link it to your identity. Do not share phone numbers, documents, financial or other sensitive data in the chat. A request from the chat is sent only after you fill in and confirm the form yourself.
06What is stored in your browser
Your shortlist is stored in your browser’s localStorage under the key khmer-estate:shortlist. You can clear it in the “Saved” panel or in your browser settings.
07Images
Project photos and floor plans are loaded from an external media server. When images load, your browser sends that server standard technical data: IP address and browser information.
08Retention and your rights
Request data is accessible only to the site owner. You can ask us to correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw marketing consent, by writing to the address below.
